Virtual Machine???

I bought this for my son to play Roblox and other games however when he tries to play it tells us that Roblox does not work on a virtual machine. I can not figure out for the life of me why Roblox will not work. I tried calling customer support, had to leave a message and still have not spoke to anyone. Planning on returning the computer. :(

I wouldn't buy from here again. They were nice, and helpful but computer was not as advertised, and had to have repaired 2 months after purchase. Again, they were helpful, bit that only goes so far. Not happy.

It can run games like Deep rock Galactic, stardew valley, Minecraft, sims, Lethal company, and small games like that. Now it can run Sea of thieves on the lowest settings.
This is a good pc if you just wanna play some small games or a working pc. Now if you want a PC to play harder to play games like Ark or Destiny then you would have to upgrade it.
