The author presents already known concepts with new scientific data that helps cement concepts we already knew to be true. She’s what Tony Robbins would be if he had medical background. Her scientific knowledge with an ability to teach and explain the data clearly is what makes this book special.

As someone who is more entrenched in the esoteric aspects of manifesting this was a great read. Similar to the teachings of Dr Bruce Lipton, Dr Tara Swart takes the baton and goes a bit further into the brains function and how it all works together.

Difficult to understand

Tara is very well researched in her subjects.
I however was unable to understand many of the phrases she used because of her British accent.
Additionally, she is soft spoken and speaks in a monotone voice.

I saw an interview with the author, and decided to get the book. Well worth the money, and I reference the book often. She makes the material very understandable, and gives the reader steps to take in the process, making the book an inter-active text for those seeking to truly understand and make significant changes.
