    These look nice and seem sturdy and smooth, so no snagging. I like the light color, as they won’t bleed wood stain onto clothes. They are also a decent weight without being too bulky. Good buy for the amount you get.

    I bought a 20 pack of dark walnut-colored wooden hangers. The hangers themselves are very nice. I think the dark color looks very classy and the hangers appear sturdy. They are perfect for heavy coats as well as pants and regular shirts - much better than plastic hangers. I have a bunch of other, light-colored wood hangers that I got at Walmart or something and these are similar - I just like the dark color better.
    My complaint is that there were two packs of 10 hangers in the box and each pack of 10 was wrapped with some stretchy, pink, plastic wrap. The plastic wrap smelled awful. Without much thought, I peeled the wrap off and threw it in my waste paper basket in my bedroom (big mistake) and hung up the hangers in my closet.
    I woke up around 2:00 am and felt nauseous - my whole bedroom smelled like a chemical factory. I took my wastepaper basket (and that stinky plastic wrap) out to the garage and wrapped that plastic wrap in several plastic bags and duct tape to contain the smell. I slept on the couch that night and put a couple boxes of baking soda in my bedroom to absorb the smell. Maybe I am overly sensitive to that particular smell ? The hangers retained a slight odor for a few days - I didn't hang anything on them for fear that my shirts would pick up that awful smell. Now they are fine. I do recommend the hangers - but if yours arrive with that same pink plastic wrap - get it out of your house immediately!
    Why would they use a stinky plastic wrap on the hangers?

    These are good looking hangers and cost as little as a set of plastic ones...so why not? They are sturdy and the right size for pants, shirts, blouses, blazers, and dresses.

    They look good, are solidly made and of good quality. They are a great replacement to those plastic hangers that tend to bow in the middle when you place pants on them. Very happy.

    I started ordering these hangers one box at a time to test their quality before fully committing. While the wood isn’t premium, it’s still reasonably good, and the price-to-quality ratio makes them a solid choice. If you’re thinking about replacing all your closet hangers without overspending, these are a fantastic option—that’s exactly what I did. I even went the extra mile and updated all the hangers in my wife’s closet too! In total, I ordered around 100 hangers, and with the exception of one that broke, they’ve all held up well and are now going strong into their third year. Of course, there are higher-end hangers available, but they come at a higher price. It really depends on your goals—if you’re looking for an affordable way to transform your closet’s look and feel, I’d definitely recommend these Amber Home hangers.
