Extremely disappointed in this AC unit. We got it for our garage which is less than 550sq feet, we’ve had it running for days and the garage temp has not changed. The unit barely blows out air even on the highest setting, barely cold even on the lowest temp at 61. Amazon won’t let you return it either. Should’ve read the reviews before purchasing but you’d think a 12,000 BTU window unit would be more than sufficient for our garage.

Listen I get it refurbished so I wasn’t expecting the GOAT of air conditioning. This thing looks like it was dropped from a few stories before shipped out. Completely unacceptable. Will be requesting a refund. I thought it was to good to be true.
