After down loading I found that the interface was cumbersome. It didn't show the spaghetti tracks. Also when touching a storm it was hard to get stats on it.

5.0 out of 5 stars My "go to" hurricane app!
Reviewed in the United States on June 20, 2013
Down here on the Gulf Coast we don't fool around during hurricane season. Hurricane Hound is a clean, simple app that pinpoints and tracks hurricanes, tropical storms and depressions all over the world. You can watch a storm form off the coast of Africa and track it all the way into Florida or Mexico or elsewhere. You can do the same for Pacific storms or anywhere on Earth.

You can zoom into the map all the way down to street level and watch a storm on IR, radar, satellite or combo. Touch the storm or tropical depression on the screen and you get the current stats. Good one!

Hurricane Hound is very simple, very fast and very intuitive. I bought it for both my Galaxy S3 and Kindle Fire. Five stars!

Another more complex app is "Track-It Deluxe." If you are interested in staying ahead of storms, both are worth downloading.
