Just set up this computer yesterday, so far working well. Very well packaged for shipping, easy to set up, and it brought over my windows account information. Had to add a couple of third party programs that I use, but that was also easy. So far I am happy with the purchase, and by buying a "refreshed" computer it was a lot less expensive. I am a basic home user, and this PC meets all my needs. Can't rate tech support because I didn't use them, able to complete set-up without help. The package did include instructions for set-up and an email address if help was needed.

I waited to write this review until I had everything set up. This machine is a DREAM, it's super fast and doesn't have all the bloatware you get with big box stores. Set up easy right out of the box. They sent two different wireless adapters a 2.4 and a 5.0. overall extremely happy, def recommend this seller!

Computer started out OK but deteriorated to point of not connecting to internet and becoming non responsive, Not worth it at all, Refurbished computers have not worked out at all

Setup was extremely easy and downloading my Office 365 apps was effortless. As an author, I rely on my PC, I believe this one is a winner!

Most importantly, when received, this (refurbished) computer, out of the package had problems. The computer tower case did not close properly and when tilted, a screw or some component was rolling around inside.
I hooked it up the same as my other tower. When I pressed the power button, it lit up. You could hear the disk spinning inside. Then the light went out and the disk stopped spinning. I tried disconnecting and using a power cord from my working tower. No help. Very disappointing.
However, the seller approved my return and I received my money in my account very quickly. I will probably take another chance on buying a product from them.

Great computer-can,t tell it from new. Customer Service as exceptional: they communicate very effectively and corrected a problem with the initial unit within days all via FedEx at their expense! M highest compliment: they treated me like a customer. You can’ go wrong.
