I have read many books on high performance in sports, the arts, business and even your personal life, but this book is by far the best one and thank you Dr. Nate Zinsser for writing it. It is easy to read, easy to understand, and easy to apply. It is built on the very true premise that what we think about most of the time is what our lives truly become, and by focusing on constructive thoughts in our past, present and future, we put ourselves in the best position to really perform when it counts. Mr. Zinsser gives a much better understanding about how to design affective affirmations that actually work in addition to so many important strategies to keep you from being your own worst enemy and thinking less of yourself.
