It's been a few months and i STILL THINK THIS THING IS AWESOME.it iass actually a 10 PLACE SETTINGS dishwasher.it said it on the box.this thing cleans great.i used to run the hot water to get the water hot.if you just do a cycle with the high temp and sanitize option and cancel it after a few minutes that gets the cold water in the line very hot.i was unsure of the brand at first BUT I ASSURE YOU THIS THING IS BUILT SOLID,BEAUTIFUL,AND WORKS GREAT.

Purchased the dishwasher less than a year ago and had it professionally installed. About a month-and-a-half ago the dishwasher flooded my kitchen and leaked into my basement causing damage. The company said they will replace the dishwasher under the 1-year warranty but not installation and advised me to contact Amazon if I would like a refund or credit. After being on hold twice for more than 45 minutes, Amazon told me that they would not make an exception to a 3-month return policy. I would have bought another unit with Amazon credit but will certainly avoid major purchases with Amazon in the future. My current viable option is to take a chance on a unit that flooded my home. Advise anyone looking for an affordable compact dishwasher to avoid this company and to be wary of saving a little bit initially on appliances by shopping Amazon.

It works however there are a couple screws that were hanging out that looked loose. After further investigation I found them to be stripped. This means they intentionally left stripped screws on the machine. These screws secure the stainless panel to the front of the machine. I am not sure whether or net they will ever effect the machines actual ability to work it is just annoying to know the manufacturer doesn't care about the construction of their product.

It functions fine, does an adequate job and works in a tiny kitchen with no room for a dishwasher.

It does come with a power cord pre installed and all connections are in the back of the unit like standard dishwashers. This wax one of the reasons I chose it. Most of the others on Amazon at least currently have the connections in front which makes zero sense to me. You are forced to then run power and water underneath the machine on the ground.

If it dumps on me I will update the review otherwise it is what it is.

Our small kitchen didn't allow for a full size dishwasher, this 18" model is absolutely perfect solution. We have been using it for about 6 months now with no issues. It is quiet and efficient. Dishes are always clean even filled to capacity.

Quiet, powerful, good capacity for an 18". And it cleans very, very well. We don't rinse dishes and sometimes things such as dried egg yoke even is gone.

We ordered this dishwasher and it came in damaged. The replacement also came in damaged (worse that the first).
The packaging had no exterior damage on either one. Which leads me to believe that they both left the factory already damaged.
