I had to re-wire my kitchen to accomodate the 240v power cord which requires a plug type not used in the US. I found only one supplier on the net that carries the correct outlet. The instruction manual (written by a non-native english speaker) had multiple errors. It refers to warranty information which is not included, so I guess there is no warranty. The description says you can change the display from centigrade to farenheit but the manual doesn't say how. There is no indication of who the manufacturer is, what brand name it is and there is no contact info; none. It is impossible to contact anyone for support, warranty info, or parts. I will try to return it to Amazon. Wish me luck.
