This product was a purchase for my 88-year-old grandma, who's severely incontinent & goes through several pairs of clean pants a day. She stands all of 5'3 & weighs 115 lbs. Meaning she wears small, spandex leggings I buy her for comfort & ease of washing & drying as she might go through 3 pairs of pants a day (even with adult diapers)... meaning lots of laundry & water waste. I bought this for simplification & less waste.
This washer is absolutely worth $5.00 on Temu as a toy for a young child. It is not worth $40.00 for an adult in need of clean laundry.
The silicone bucket may be great design for storage, but it's too flimsy & a bad design for actual use as it seems to want to collapse. It claims 11 liters. 11 Liters is shy of 3 gallons. This does not hold 2 gallons of water. Put 2 gallons in & watch it leak all over the place.
The motor used I think could barely propel a remote control car. It sounds like a remote control car. I put two, thin wash cloths in for it's trial run & watched it struggle to churn them in a gallon of water.
You really don't want to use more than a gallon. So, I you're trying to figure out what all could be washed in this... figure what you could wash in a gallon of water. No way do I think this would wash even child's pair of denim jeans, and I doubt it's capacity for an adult sized t-shirt made of substantial cotton.
If you've ever seen the movie "Gremlins" this product makes me think of all the bad inventions the main characters dad created. And the sad thing is there is no excuse. This could've been a great product for people in need of it, but they cut too many corners & made it way too cheaply to be of any real use.
