Because I am allergic to networking (or at least it seems that way), I was afraid of the setup process. But wow. I just plugged it in, pressed the WPA button on my router, then pressed the button on this extender. That's it. Almost instantly, the two repeater signals showed up on my computer and phone. I connected, and everything worked perfectly on the first try. The whole process took well under five minutes, with no fussing or mysteries.
I will say that I didn't get as much range extension as I expected, given the many glowing reviews. But it definitely did extend my range to a useful degree. I am very happy with it.
