    I recently purchased this thermal printer for my small business, and it's been a fantastic investment! The setup was super easy, even for someone not particularly tech-savvy.     This printer is small, portable and quiet. It is soft easy to connect via Bluetooth. It prints the pages quickly and I love that there is no ink. It's a thermal printer so as long as you have paper you are ready to print.
    Changing the paper is very easy and quick to do. If I wanted I could carry it in my boho handbag as it is compact and lightweight. I don't really have a need to walk around with a printer but it would fit.

    The quality of bith the product and the print itself is outstanding. Great purchase.

    It was super quick and easy to connect to my laptop. I was able to print everything I needed, without needing ink, which was really nice. The only thing that was slightly an issue is the the thermal paper is rolled so tightly, the paper tends to roll up on itself after it's printed. However, the printer itself is a great product and I highly recommend it. Perfect for anyone who travels for work!

    This printer allows me to print from my phone or my tablet from anywhere. I liked the ease of using it. It also allows me to print with or without a computer. The copies are very clear. The fact that it doesn’t need ink is amazing! What a great buy! Thank you for a great product!

    Bought this product because I work from home with no access to a printer. This one is portable and compact which is a plus for small spaces. Prints clearly and sized appropriately and set up was easy. For the price, I recommend this product to anyone with small printing needs.

    I was a little skeptical of a portable printer but decided to give it a try. The printer has a small footprint, which is great since I don't have a lot of space, and the print speed is DECENT for the size (don't expect it to spit out pages and pages in seconds), at around a page per 15-20 seconds, it works for what I need it.

    Installation was pretty simple and I've been able to print both from PDF and in Word format. Three downsides that I have, which is why I rated at 4 stars:

    (1) you need to buy separate thermal paper sheets because otherwise the rolls that come with the printer will result in curled up paper.
    (2) the printer does not recognize when your printing 1 page vs more than 1 page. For example, if you're printing a 2-page paper, it won't stop after the first page to let you rip it and then print the second one, it will just print a long scroll with both pages on there. If you buy separate thermal paper, you can buy the pre-perforated one that will allow you to have separate pages.
    (3) the quality of the printing is decent, but not great. Again, it works for the purposes I bought, so I am not as worried about the quality. But, if you're wanting the same quality as you would get with an ink printer, I don't think this is it.

    Overall, good for what I need it, convenient, and the price is reasonable.
