Perfect for cleaning your air intake. I've used this product for years and was so excited to see I could order it on Amazon! Super easy to use and has a pretty long duration. I usually reapply once the color has faded. I frequently travel so I usually apply it anywhere from 2-6 months at a time. I've never had a bad experience with the brand or product. Customer service is always excellent and they will be more than happy to answer any questions about the application. Usually you will feel a difference in performance, although some vehicles you might not notice at all. But that doesn't mean your oil filter is dirty. I have a big 5.7L hemi that performs greatly after the application of the K&N air filter cleaner.

Very good detergent and oil for the K&N filters. Been using these maintenance chemicals for twenty plus years. They just plain work.

I have an S&B cold air intake in my 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD (the LLY Duramax) and this was the least expensive filter cleaning/recharge kit I could find. I have used this kit in the past on genuine K&N filters too. It's all pretty much the same stuff. Cleaning the filter is time consuming, but worthwhile; oiling the filter is REALLY time consuming (plan on 30 minutes if you've got a big one like I do). Hopefully I don't have to do this very often.

I can purchase almost 3 of these kits versus 1 replacement filter, so the value for money is certainly there. Follow the directions and just don't be like me and over use the oil. Let it do its job and soak in throughout each of the fins and give it time before you decide to add any more. I added way too much and ended up with a nice red pile of liquid on my driveway after a day of sitting. Cleans up easy enough, but just be cautious and don't over do it. No issues other than my own haste.

Great stuff and I highly recommend for reusable filters. I attempted to clean the filter without this and compared it to when I cleaned it with this product - major difference. Definitely apply the cleaner generously, dry, then oil each part. It will look brand new.

Easy to use and works great. It was smart to buy this.
