I order this so I can clean little thing at home but unfortunately I got a used and damaged product as you can see the lid has a crack on it and is completely dirty and the tub is as a lot of scratches on it that make me very upset that I waited for this item to arrive and see this not a nice things to do .

When I opened the package everything arrived well. Then I got to look at manual to get ready to use it. It had explanation and items that came with it. However the little drainage basket on the manual was not in the box. I thought maybe it didn’t need it so didn’t come with it. So I really liked how well it washed the items. but when it comes time for drainage it really needs the basket unfortunately. I wouldn’t mind but for the fact that I’ve been looking online forever and can’t seem to find where to buy this drainage basket or whether it should have been added. Long story short I would have given a higher rating where it not for drainage issue. Good value for money sturdy.

These cost too much money for what they barely do. I can fit up to 5 kitchen towels in this. If I run it twice, it gets them clean enough. The drainage hose is only plugged by an attached rubber plug that does not stay in. Would not buy again. If it worked well, it would be very convenient.

It does okay as far as washing small things but the plug for the drain hose is worthless. Also the dehydration basket that came with it doesn't fit together. I wish I would have read ALL the reviews before purchasing. If I had I would not have purchased this item
