This thing actually fast charges!! Finally got one that does what it says. I honestly think it charges faster than my one that came with my phone. Highly recommend. Also has a regular USB charger that seems to charge at a good rate also. The USB C is the fast charger. Great product and it doesn't have a super bright light like a lot of these do. Small and sleek. Bought this to have a faster USB C connection from the 2019 Tesla power outlet than the OEM USB A outlets in the console and rear seat module. Also modified the pad to hold so Apple OEM MagSafe charger would hold a iPhone 15 Max Pro in a landscape position. (See photos) tested both adapters and the phone linked and started fast charging immediately. Both seem to fit snugly in the outlet, so off to a great start.

Worked well enough to make this a more permanent installation so I removed one driver's side trim piece, drilled 2 holes thru the console plastic, and routed the cable from the underside of the front phone charging tray to the power outlet located in the rear console under the armrest. The cable is hidden and protected by the re-installed trim. NOTE: iPhone 15 is too tall to fit under the 2019 M3 cover plate, but fits well in horizontal position.

Overall, an inexpensive and simple way to tap into enough power to fast charge my phone wirelessly.

This charger works great. I decided to test it today, as I had some errands to run, so I ended up driving around for about an hour, with a few breaks in between where the car was off and the phone wasn't charging, so I'd say there was about thirty minutes of charging time, and in that time, my phone went from 55% power to 82%. I don't know what you'd call fast, but I thought that was pretty good. The only thing I don't like about this charger is that it doesn't come with a charging cable, which is the reason for four stars instead of five. Fortunately I had a spare cable, and it worked great with the charger. It's nice to know that I now have a reliable and effective charger should I ever need it.

These charger adapters are just what I need. And being a 2 pack was a big plus. We put one in both cars. We needed the fast charger capability for the phones but still needed the usb for other things. These chargers look nice. The work well. They light up so you can see them at night. It’s easy to connect the plugs in and it great it’s compatible with a regular usb and a fast charger plug.

I have two of these chargers, one in each car, and they work flawlessly, charging my cell phone in about a third of the time as my previous charger. Having both USB and USB-C outlet types is super convenient and the high power is helpful to reduce the time needed to recharge. Small and with an LED status light to confirm that it's working. Recommended.
