    After watching several videos on youtube on how to troubleshoot the ps4 connection and nothing worked I was going to return the item back to the seller. Thanks to the help of my tech savvy daughter who got things up and running great I decided to keep this controller and I'm glad I did.

    Controller does not work, I tried everything the manual says to restart the device and try to connect to console, still does not work. This is the second controller I bought from buyer. So I guess I am at 50% if it works or not. Having trouble returning also, everything is so hard to do with this site and I spent almost $100 to get this item, frustrated and disappointed.
