The AstroAI Wide Neck Foam Cannon Aluminum is my NEW go to tool for my snow foam detailing, for delivering thick, clinging foam during car washes. Here’s a quick breakdown of some of the key features and performance:
Durable Build: The cannon’s body is constructed from plastic soap container, has a wide base that enhances stability compared alternatives. The wide neck design also reduces the risk of cracking when tightening the bottle, but makes like so much easier when having to refill with soap and water. aluminum 1/4” quick connect is included and mated to a brass mixing body.
It comes with a 1.0mm Orifice: This orifice size is optimal for creating rich foam, especially when paired with a lower pressure, pressure washers! It says that it will accommodate 1000 to 3000 psi washers, but mine is only 2000 and that’s what I used. The pic isn’t the best for foam but this is several minutes after in 80+ weather was messing with my new pressure washer, but you can see how think it is on the ground & how long it stayed. Worked just fine with Greenworks 2000psi, Only gave it a 4 because the threads are little mess up on but still works & bottle is really hard to make out the level of oz recommend a marker to darken them

I read a lot of foam cannon reviews to try and figure out which was the best one. I kept coming back to the AstroAI because of the price point and great reviews. I have washed my car three times now and it generates excellent foam and I can’t imagine how any other foam cannon would do any better. I am still playing with the adjustments a bit but out of the box it works awesome. For the price, you can’t go wrong.

It is a little top heavy when the container is empty, so please handle it carefully. After I am done using it, I clean and dry it and store it on its side in a cardboard box to keep the dust off it and to make sure it doesn’t accidentally tip over and possibly break.

With almost everything made in China, it can be hard to differentiate good/vs. poorly made by brand. This is a good one and will compete at about a third or less of the cost with the brands sold by those purveyors of chemicals and other auto cleaning accessories. Solid build quality and fittings.

Easy to use and pops right onto any 1/4" nozzle. Very easy to use and holds plenty of liquid. The blaster has an adjustable knob so you can get the right mix for that thick foam. Works great so far without any issues, helps me detail my cars quickly and easily.

Really good foam cannon but somehow now the amount of faom release by the nozzle is reversed so - foam is more and +foam is less???
