Missing hardware/torn insulation

The washer arrive and the box was visibly banged and tossed during processing luckily there wasn’t any front damage to the unit. After removing it from the packaging the brackets and screws along with the standard adapter for the water line we’re all not in the packaging. Also several areas of the outer insulation was torn and ripped in several places. Upon further inspection there was a broken bracket for the heater element. This dishwasher was advertised as “new” but obviously someone had returned this. I will not suggest purchasing items like this at all. Worst experience ever!!!

Dented or poorly put together at the factory. Shame on you Samsung! Plus the insides smell heavy of plastic!!!! Used twice and the odor of plastic is so strong!

I received this Samsung dishwasher and it was damaged! I paid a lot of money for this, and it was not supposed to come damaged at all.

Rust in 3 years, drain issues

Avoid!! This might work at first, but racks will rust and not covered under warranty. New racks cost over $300, I'm never buying Samsung appliances again

Waste of money and time. Look at Samsung help pages - numerous issues with an “LC error”. Mine lasted 2 years and had to be replaced. All Samsung offered was a $50 discount. Ended up replacing with a different brand.
