wasted time & money

I am doing complete remodel, top to bottom. Ordered this last year to have in order to lay out the kitchen for cabinets for proper sizing and placement. Attempted to use it the other day. Went to cook a pizza the other day, instuctions were for 400 degrees; on pizza setting would not go above 275, on bake setting would not go above 200degrees; on roast would would.'t get above 275 degrees. Used baking thermometer to check temp. Appears that 2nd heating element on top would not heat. No matter what settings I used whether for item or temp setting it would not heat properly. Going to have to remove and replace with comparable size for the opening, probably magic chef. Once removed appears only good for the dumpster.

Sturdy quality！

I took some time last night and installed the oven. Here are some of my opinions:
Pros:
Works well with roasting (I have not tried other functions yet)
The look is one of the kind
The cooking time is very manageable (rather fast)
(I assume) fits in most old houses like ours

Cons:
Installing as LPG connection does took me some time
The inside is a little smaller than I expected, but does fit a turkey fine.

Unit was marketed as "new", but upon opening the unit looked like it had been repackaged. There were grease spots on the glass door. The unit also looked like it had been hit with a forklift and potentially dropped as well. The unit was packaged well and damage was a dent on the backside. The picture also depicted a unit with a fan in it, the unit that arrived had no fan. After sleeping on it I have decided to return it instead of installing it.

Poor operating procedure.

Manual is very confusing. I suspect it was the interpretation from Some other language to English.
For instance the book didn't say you had to set the timer to operate any mode.
Said timer is just a cheap windup 120 min. timer with a bell that could barely be heard.
I ended up voiding the warranty by re wiring to suit the way I want oven to operate.
I would NOT recommend this appliance.

I paid 400 dollars for this to replace my 40 yr old oven, it takes too long to heat up to desired temp., then when I put whatever i"m baking, the temp. drops 25-50 degrees and doesn't come back up, it's impossible to follow baking times when I can't maintain an even temp, my 40 yr old oven worked 10 times better!

I wasn't the one installing it, but from what I heard, the process was fairly simple and clear. The electrician charged me 1 hour and now it works as it should. No complaints

There was a dent in the front upon arrival. And having to return due to no function of the heating elements. Lights from switches come on but nothing happens with the elements.

Heats up slowly

The unit takes 30 minutes to heat up. The picture showed a fan. So I thought that I was getting an conventional oven. That was not the case.
