Great for the price

It's a good guitar for the price. It comes with all the items you need to get started, a good capo, a set of extra strings(gut), a guitar bag(not a strong one, if you carry it around a lot I feel you'll have to buy a proper bag), and a couple of sizes of picks. I don't know about the tuner though, the app on my phone seems to work better. The body is a little smaller but I can't complain about the sound. You'll have to slowly tune it for a couple of days until the strings settle but after that, it sounds almost as good as my Yamaha classical. The sound does not carry far so it's great for a small apartment. I feel the wood would break easily so you'll have to be a little careful, but otherwise, it's great.

The combination of a slightly smaller scale, nylon strings, low action, beauty of instrument, thinness of neck (thinner than a typical classical guitar and closer to steel string acoustics and electrics) and ridiculously low price make this the best instrument to learn on. I have been playing guitar for 45 years and bought this to add a cheap nylon to my arsenal. The included capo, tuner and strap make this an absolutely incredible deal.

The accessories, backpack case, tuner, strap, etc., are nice for a beginner guitar, construction appears very decent. Sounds good.

I bought this guitar for my grandson's 9th birthday coming up. I have a smaller one I bought him when he was younger and I decided to upgrade for a larger one now since he loves to play music and sing all the time. This one is BEAUTIFUL for the price !! We will see soon if it is good quality in sound.

Waste of money!

First I want to say that I knew this guitar wasn’t going to be a cordoba or anything but I expected that it would be a usable instrument. It’s not. First of all, there were all kinds of cosmetic flaws and even some dents in the body. I at least expected that it would look good. Nonetheless I could overlook all that if the thing played well. It doesn’t. It doesn’t have a bight sound it sounds dead. On top of that, it won’t stay in tune. I know with nylon strings it takes a day or two for them to stretch but it’s been a week and I have to tune it a couple of times and I might have only been playing an hour! I know it’s tempting to get this because of the price, especially if you’re looking for a beginner guitar but don’t do it! Spend a few extra bucks. I spent thirty extra bucks and got an excellent beginner classical guitar. This one is just awful. Do your research. Most importantly, listen to the reviews, something I didn’t do.

The neck of the wood has cracks and the fretboard can EASILY be dinted and slightly chipped.

If you're planning to buy this guitar I'll tell you to be VERY gentle with this thing!.. I'm not saying that you should be rough with ANY guitar but compared to my sister's guitar from EIGHT YEARS AGO (from the same brand) mine sucks.. If you're looking for a guitar as a beginner go buy their 40 inch guitar with steel-strings.

This one isn't the best if I'm gonna be brutally honest; You *CAN* play a lot of songs on this one but it's only a matter of time before your guitar is gonna need to be tuned constantly and probably re-stringed (I haven't changed my strings yet except for one and it's been nearly a year.)

My honest overall rating is definitely three stars.

I got this for my 12 year old son for his birthday! He has never played a guitar before, this guitar is great for beginners. Good quality and it came with extra accessories which was a plus! Recommend this guitar!
