I am in love with this small app. I have been having trouble sleeping the past few nights. Too much on my mind from the stress at work plus a lack of deep sleep combines to make more stress at work and even less sleep.
This app is going to be a big help with my sleep time. The app has three different views of flowing water, gently rustling plants, combined with music/no music. I am able to change the program to have just music or just water/bird sounds or a combination of both.
I didn't find any special effects to the program such as frame choices or a way to import my own music but the choices that are pre-installed are soothing and match the sounds of the flowing river.
I am going to be using this app to help fall asleep but also to help settle my Chihuahua down when there are loud noises outside such as trash trucks. It is the perfect white noise/music blend for him and me. It blends out the traffic noise, the neighbor's crying baby, the other neighbor's howling (!!!) basset hound and is soothing in general.
