I was a little concerned because only few people had bought this dishwasher, but I decided to go ahead, after reading the only (at that time) positive review. I bought it for my wife, who uses it exclusively to wash her nebulizers and it works very well. The manual could use some improvement. I'm showing an image of the water line sign on the back and one of the front, where there is a sticker that proudly claims "More Cleaner."
