East to install and looks great. Plastic smell burned off quickly and I was surprised how quickly the oven heated up. So far so good

Product Defective!!!! Still does not work

This product looks great! However, it is defective! I purchased in January 2020. I had it installed and it has never worked! I kept calling Cosmo Customer Service and through they were all nice they were not able to figure out why it did not work.?? How about it is defective. Finally I got them to send out a Service Tech in March 2020. The technictian advised that the new Cosmo Overn needed a thermostat. In addition, the Cosmo Oven door was defective. They advised possibly a part missing! What! I am now working to get replacement parts to get oven to work and replacement and missing parts for the new Cosmo Oven door. This is insane!!! They refuse to just replace or allow me to return the item for a new oven. I amout of over $1000. Someone Help!!!!!!

Update;
This COSMO Oven still does not work. I have worked every so patiently with the Mfg and they were horrible!!!! They still want to sent out pats for a defective product. The Theremostat changed, the door changed, the motherboard changed. Still Does not work. Guess what...these are defective products. Don't waste time with this company every!!! Save yourself the headache. I have to purchase a new oven now and started with buying this piece of no good item back in January 2020. It's now end of April.

The worst Customer Service ever! Still don't have a replacement and no working Cosmo oven.

Defective and mind boggling features

We just installed this oven, and already regret buying it. Why? It is missing a key feature - the ability to set a timer. There is a timer button, BUT the oven is designed so that you CANNOT set the timer after the oven is turned on. I called customer service and after an hour of questions and them talking to their engineering department, the best they could do was tell me to preheat the oven, then turn it off, then set a timer, then turn the oven back on, then put my food in. At this point, the timer would be running, but you CAN'T actually see the timer counting down on the oven display. It is hidden. The only way to see it on the display is to turn off the oven again.

Meanwhile, after the oven is preheated, there is a COUNTING UP CLOCK hogging most of the display. What is the point of this clock? To show you how long the oven has been hot. It counts UP after the oven is preheated, like a stopwatch. What is the point of this for cooking? I have no idea, nor could customer service explain it to me.

All I wanted is an oven with normal features. You know, preheat, put in your food, set the timer, walk away, come back and be able to see the timer on the display and know how much time is left, come back when the timer dings and take it out. I am going to have to use a separate timer when using this oven, and try not to get upset every time I use it.
