It’s been a long time since I’ve done a review. This is the first time I bought a wine cooler. When I opened the box and connected it to the power supply, it surprised me. It’s so beautiful and can hold 56 bottles of wine, including Red wines, Dry White wine, Rose, and Sparkling wine. The setup is very simple. , can be •C and •F, to turn on or off the lights. It has an advanced design, very good quality, I like it very much. It’s worth owning. Compared to other machines this one’s price is very reasonable and honestly it’s at a very good price. When you turn on the machine the noise isn’t loud at all compared to others. I would recommend this if anyone is looking for a wine fridge.

We have only had this cooler for a couple of weeks, but so far it has performed as advertised. It cooled quickly, quietly and has held the temperatures we set for each zone. We used another gauge to measure the temperature and it is- so far right on the mark. The only complaint is the shelves are a little light and more flimsy than we expected. They are satisfactory, but not as thick and sturdy as our last kitchen aid cooler, so this is why I rated a four instead of a five. Still well worth the money we paid this far

This review is based on first impressions. So far the 56 bottle Bodega wine fridge is quite attractive with the stainless steel door and wooden trays with the stainless steel finish. This fridge WILL fit 56 regular size bottles. The larger the bottles, the less you'll fit and that's for any wine fridge of these dimensions. You could fit larger bottles and champagne bottles at the bottom but not in large quantities. Pay close attention to the graphic they provide here in the product description. That was super helpful for me to understand how to arrange the bottles. I'm uploading a video demonstrating this. Comes with two keys. There's only one thing that wasn't accurate and that was the instruction booklet section for attaching the door handle but this newer version is even easier. You simply push back the cushions , the screws are already placed and you screw two sections into the door. That's it! I didn't need any help after that. Delivery, wasn't ideal whoever they use didn't bring the wine fridge upstairs to my apartment, so I found it downstairs unattended. They did leave a picture, but no notification was sent. They need to improve that! The fridge is heavy, I tipped someone to bring it upstairs using a dolly. So far, it's really an attractive wine fridge. I got it on sale during Black Friday (I never pay retail price for appliances) and it took a week for delivery. The lights look great. Temps in dual zones are working. If this changes, I'll update later. Get help with moving it unless you're pretty strong, other than that, I'm enjoying the product!

The item I received is different than advertised in the photos, the bottom isn’t as sleek-looking. Since I had bought this based on the aesthetics, this bothers me quite a bit, but I do like the rest of the wine cooler. It definitely does its job. It’s not as quiet as I thought, and the wifi didn’t work, so I almost returned it. I contacted BODEGA and described the issues. They were very professional in their response and addressed my concerns. After a few weeks of use now, I can say it’s kept my wine in great condition, and I do love the double glass pane doors, as well as the controls on top, and the blue light. But really, what gave me confidence in this product is the customer service. You may never need to contact them, but know that if you do, they stand by their product and provide excellent customer service.

It’s been a good wine fridge as I’ve had it about three years. No mechanical issues. The issue I have had is high moisture. I had the fridge in my garage in GA for over a year until I moved to AL. I noticed mold growing on the wood shelves. I’d take the shelves out and treat the wood with bleach and water. After moving it to AL on the coast high moisture became a major issue. Sometimes it would be as high as 90%. Mold even grew on the paper on some bottles. I have a dehumidifier that runs at all times to keep humidity at. 45%. Having the dehumidifier close by doesn’t help. I ended up putting a small dehumidifier inside the unit which means I had to rake out two shelves dramatically reducing the amount of wine I can put in the fridge. The dehumidifier inside the fridge is the only thing that helps. If I were buying a new one I’d look for one with humidity control.

I had this fridge for less than a week now. Straight out of the box, there were quality defects. I waited 24 hours to plug in the unit, per the instructions...the defects I found were....

1) gaps around the edges of the door which allows air to seep out.
2) light scratches on the matte finish of the top of the fridge. Very visible because it is located in my living room.
3) VERY NOISY- Purchased this unit because it was advertised as "quiet" BUT it is NOT. The fan keeps running constantly-nonstop- and it is very very noisy. The sound is as loud as the fan on your cooking stove. Additionally, there is a second sound that makes a very wierd loud gurgling and clicking sound. I initially thought it was coming from outside but it was the fridge.
4) poorly designed lock- advertised "lock" is ridiculous. The lock does not keep the door closed. You can actually open the door about 1/2 an inch and it makes a clanking sound when you open it due to the metals clashing into each other, hence shaking the fridge and possible breaking it

CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM VENDOR IS NON- EXISTENT:
I tried to message the vendor, One Tree House via the Amazon messaging app and sent photos of the issues and sent multiple messages but no response.

The unit is poorly designed and quality is not good. I am afraid that it will not last long. I will be returning the unit.

The price was too good to be true. I am going to look into more reliable wine fridges with reliable and responsive customer service.
