Your results depend all on your technique, but this is a great product to use! Protects your natural nail, cures well under a UV lamp, and is forgiving when mistakes are made. Pro tip: cure 2-3 nails at a time to ensure the gel stays in place and molds to your desired shape without spilling over your nail bed.

Loved the color, perfect. Application was a little thick, just have to be aware of how much is on the brush or it will peel off after a day or two. Especially if you're hands are in water alot. So go thinner coat or coats and it's stays on a lot longer, and have a great top coat over it it's even better.

So happy with this product! First time working with builder gel and I’m so pleased with the results! Not the best pic, but I used it over my natural nails for a thicker more durable manicure. The smell is minimal. Began with full nail prep (mani). Shaped nails and pushed back and trimmed cuticles. Gently filed nail surface to provide grit and ensure products apply as best as possible. Followed with wiping nails using 100% acetone before applying base coat. Cured base coat for 30 seconds and continued without wiping. Builder gel is best to work with a little at a time. Followed instructions that came with builder gel. Worked on each nail and apply as thick as you’d like. Cured each nail individually as I applied gel (20-40 seconds each). Then did a full cure for 90 seconds once all nails completed. Love that the gel is self leveling. Didn’t need to shape again once applied. Without wiping, I followed up with color(s) of choice then finished with a top coat. The base and top coat used are also Modelones brand to ensure the best out come. Colors were a different brand, but products I’ve previously used and love. If choosing to leave gel as a clear application or using a colored builder gel, simply finish and seal with a top coat after applying builder gel. Dry time was quick and no issues curing. It’s best to take your time and work slowly on each nail and cure individually as you go. Nails feel strong and durable. Anyone having issues with stickiness did not read instructions and needs to apply a top coat. No need to wipe to apply color or top coats, as it is needed to adhere properly. Great value and easy to work with! Will highly recommend for beginners! Hope this helps in the mass of reviews reporting issues/concerns.

This is my first time using builder gel, I put it over nail extensions. The product is very thick so the application is pretty difficult. I had a lot of spillage over my nail bed. Curing under the light also burned in some spots. This product is definitely not for the weak but I am getting cleaner with it every time I try it. I would still recommend it because I think it is easier than other nail kits. Way better than dip powder in my opinion. I love the feel of the gel on my nails it is super smooth and is very strong.

For its price and whatnot it's not bad. It's pretty thin even if the bottle is cool. The photos shows 2 layers, with top coat. 3rd time applying since I got it cause it does peel off. Begins to lift in the corners of day 2. The thicker layers you do ( 3 or 4 instead of 1 or 2) will make it last longer but it still lifts in corners just takes maybe a day or two longer. The color I ordered was a peachy pink but it's quite transparent and matches my skin tone almost perfectly.
