My son got me a Stanley for Mother’s Day. I wanted a straw lid, so I bought this kit. I didn't read the directions so it still spilled. After a medium review, the company reached out to me and sent me the instructions. There are 3 pieces that you install to stop the leaking that is natural with the Stanley. Once I followed the directions and installed all 3 pieces properly, No more leaking. This is a great add on for any stanley. They come in various colors to maatch the Stanley you have. Bought these for my husband and I, as we both got the 30oz. Stanley travel cups, and we wanted to be able to cover our straws and prevent leaks. It does help with leaking, as they have fell over and nothing came out when we picked up our cups. It does create a strong suction, so you may have to customize it some to get it where you like it. We are outside a lot, so having the straw cover is great to keep any bugs from getting in and keeping the area where your mouth goes, more clean.

Product excellent condition, not difficult to install. However carbonated drinks will still leak. The top of my cup fills up with the carbonated liquid even if I don’t fill the cup full, due to the pressure of the carbon gas, and spills everywhere. For non-carbonated beverages, it’s perfect. No leaks. Difficult suction but can be adjusted by not using the under-cap round plug.

I really only purchased this for the straw cover to keep dust, etc out of my straw (because dogs), and you know, that one viral video of someone who had a spider in their straw. The orchid color matches almost exactly. Functions beautifully. I did attach the edge leak guard for the straw, but not the round center one, and it works beautifully for my purpose. Not too hard to drink from. Seems durable but glad it came as a 2-pack so I have a backup on hand when this one eventually wears down from use. Also love that they came in a little case so it's easy to store away in the drawer without getting lost or worn out.

These things are absolutely amazing! I recently received a Stanley cup covered in Rhinestones my sister in law made me for my birthday and I absolutely love it. I am also a bit of a clutz (massive understatement) and I tend to knock things over…A LOT. As well as drop things and various other mechanisms of creating messes. So needless to say, the standard Stanley lid wasn’t going to cut it when it came to preventing spills. So I purchased these to make my cup “Katlyn Proof” as my husband likes to say. These things were so easy to install and take off for cleaning, they work absolutely fantastic, and they also prevent debris from getting into the cup as well. Was working with a power sander the other day inside the workshop that didn’t have great ventilation so the dust was EVERYWHERE. I looked like a gram cracker colored snowman by the time I was finished. It was on my tools, phone, cloths, and my cup. When I opened the lid to inspect how much dust had gotten in, I was surprised that not a single speck got in. My drink was still ice cold and dust free. I will be ordering more to keep on hand.
