I was worried at first when buying this whether it would fit our short elongated toilets but it is made so that it adjusts to the height and position of the toilet well. The little circle handles make it easy for your toddler to move the item on and off the toilet themselves. The design is also really cute (I got it for my daughter who loves pink). She seems to be excited to use it and it’s very stable for her to climb on and use independently. It is used best by lifting your toilet seat and placing directly on the bowl. No clamps or anything but you don’t need it based on the design and how the hinge at the top bends with the stairs to fit whatever position to have it in making it versatile to multiple toilet positions and shapes if you need to change where it is at any point.

This is a really good and very lightweight potty training seat with secure steps and very little movement as child is sitting. It folds easily and is super convenient to store. The only thing is it doesn’t fit elongated seats properly.

It's almost potty training time for our grandson. He started letting us "know" when he is ready to go but isn't quite at the point of putting all the pieces together :) We decided to get ahead of the game and get something he could start getting use to and so happy we found this. It is well made and will be easy to clean. He pretends to use it and we are so happy that when he is climbing up on it, turning around and sitting down, it doesn't wiggle or move at all. It is very stable. He grabs ahold of the handles while climbing up and hangs onto them while he is sitting there. It is also convenient and practical that it can be used as a step up to reach the sink. It's not something that will be used for a little while. He will be able to use this well after potty training.

If you are looking for something sturdy, practical and easy to use I would recommend this potty training seat!
