I ordered the cup in camel. When I received my order I got neon green. I requested a replacement, but in camel like originally purchased. I got ANOTHER neon green. I contacted customer service and they confirmed I did order in camel, but told me to just send them back and start a “fresh new” purchase.
What a waste of time. Super bummed too because it looks nice.
