    I recently purchased this used T-Mobile hotspot and overall, I'm very happy with it. However, when I received the device, the SIM card was expired, which was a bit of a disappointment. I had to go to a T-Mobile store to have the SIM card replaced, which was a minor inconvenience.
    Once I got the new SIM card, the hotspot worked flawlessly. It has a strong signal and provides fast internet speeds. I've used it for streaming videos, gaming, and downloading large files, and it has handled everything without any issues.
    The hotspot is also very easy to use. It has a simple interface that makes it easy to connect to the internet and manage your settings. I also appreciate that the hotspot is small and lightweight, making it easy to carry around with me.
    Overall, I'm very happy with my T-Mobile hotspot. It's a reliable and convenient way to stay connected to the internet on the go. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a mobile hotspot.

    I got this to set up some Wi-Fi cameras at a property that is vacant due to a death in the family to keep an eye on it. Unfortunately, some poor software design choices make unattended use problematic.

    1. If it is run without the battery and there is a power outage, when power is restored the device will remain in a powered off state requiring manual push of the power button to turn it back on.
    2. If it is run with the battery installed, the device will eventually get upset about this and display a message to disconnect from power to avoid over-charging the battery. If you don't do that, it will shut off, again requiring manual intervention.

    To work-around this, I set up a smart outlet that removes power periodically throughout the day so that the battery is sometimes charging. That's a cumbersome work-around that shouldn't be necessary. A better solution would be to run without the battery and connect through a UPS -- also a complex setup that shouldn't be necessary.

    Easy to setup and the function of this device is just the same as a higher priced device. It is durable and the connection is awesome. I use it to connect my Wyze cam in my vehicle. I've had no issues so I have no reason to contact tech support.
