    I make several breakfasts each week and these are prefect for heating. My family picks a breakfast, heats in microwave for one minute and puts container in dishwasher. Divided container keeps eggs from breakfasts meats. I make fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and omelettes. Sometimes French toast. In small section I put sausage links or patties or bacon. Leak proof. Top fits securely in place. Yes I know they are disposable but I use these for months and then buy new ones. Microwave safe and easy to clean. Plus top is clear so you know what you’re heating and eating. They travel well too.

    I bought these to make convenient meals since I was having surgery on my dominant hand. These are great! Sturdy, good amount of food for a main dish and vegetable. Lid fits well and it doesn't buckle when you lift it.

    We are retired and the old family recipes are difficult to cook for two so I will often pass on something that will leave a lot of leftovers. After using these for a week I have four boxes in the freezer - two with mashed potatoes and chopped steak and two with Parmesan chicken and rice - ready to pull out and add a veggie when I don’t want to cook. I’m excited to have meal backups in the freezer.
