Seller replaced this vacuum and shipped a brand new one, it is an amazing vacuum that works great for my pool. Unfortunately the first one I received had many issues but the seller was quick to fix and communicate.
I used this for a couple of months last summer and it was an amazing vacuum. Now upon opening my pool up this year the wheels have fallen off of the brush and the charging port no longer works. Seller pointed me in the direction of a replacement brush for the vacuum, I should not be buying replacement parts after having used this for less than a few months. Not at all impressed with this seller or this product. It is a great vacuum and does an excellent job, when it works. However, it has way too many issues in this short of a time span for me to purchase any replacement parts. This vacuum stays in my garage during the summer and was stored in my basement during the winter. There is no reason for it to be falling apart and the charging components to go bad already when I have taken excellent care of it. This is a poorly made product and I will not be purchasing replacement parts or this brand again.
