    This product had been working as advertised! It is much more versatile that a name brand of the same type we got from a box store: the light changes color for day or night. You can use a blue light all the time or switch it to a white light, or turn it off with a button on the side. The manufacturer says the product works best at night. Which is true, but we found that it works good all day as well. That’s probably because we had an infestation of flies this early summer and the small little fruit flies all over our area. I never seen so many flies and fruit flies, so we had to find a product that was efficient and worked while we were sleeping. There were probably dozens of flies in the kitchen at one point aside from our methods of swatting them when we were here and using fly repellent and the sticky strips, these were the easiest and most effective the very first day. There were a couple of flies, but about 20 fruit flies stuck to this device after one day. You can plug it into any room and watch it do its magic. Luckily the flies are in the back of the card so you don’t have to see the mess and when it’s full, you toss the sticky card and insert a refill. The company is also very generous providing six refills. The brand name only had one refill and it was a higher price. The brand-name sticky card is smaller, but it is sticky on both sides. This one doesn’t need to be sticky on both sides because it’s wider. In fact, the adhesive is so strong, you won’t want to leave the device sitting on a table, because a small animal like a lizard might walk on it and get stuck. So all in all, we highly recommend this product. We’ve had it for over a month and it’s still working very well and our infestation of flies and fruit flies has diminished to almost 0.

    I bought this product because the flies in my house were going to drive me insane. Within two days of installing, the flies are practically gone! It's so easy to set up, you just put the sticky pad on and plug it in. It comes with replacement pads, so it will last a long time. There is no odor or obnoxious noise. It simply attracts the flies with light. It works so well, and had no clean up, other than throwing away the used pad. Great value as this product saved my sanity!

    Very well pleased with this indoor fly trap. It is so much more. It catches fruit flies & moths. It also has a wonderful blue night light that isn’t too bright. Do not notice any noise. It is easy to assemble and very durable. It’s very safe because we have pets. The size is a little wider than most and so it catches a lot more flying pest. Highly recommend!

    Easy to use and definitely seems to have reduced the number of mosquitoes in the house. It doesn’t get them all but nothing will get 100%!

    I bought this to go over the trash can in my workspace. I'm in the tropics of the United States, bugs heat and sand are guaranteed here. I've been battling a fruit fly and fungus gnat problem ever since it picked up to over 100⁰f outside. I bought a "big brand name" bug light trap (the blue light on the bottom in my photo) that works acceptably well. The big name brand has a sticky card with double sided sticky surfaces. When i saw this one I decided to try and plugged it in next to the brand name light I've used for about 3 months now, because I was unsure if the bugs would go to the new trap. As you can see by my photo with the white card, it absolutely worked. That is about 20 hours after plugging it in next to another similar style unit from another company. Clearly this one trapped more as well. The included flower sticky card has also trapped about 10 fungus gnats, so that's also doing its job. It would get 5 stars from me if the cards had double sided sticky. That's it that's the only improvement I can recommend. It's not great for all bug types but I've caught mosquitoes, midges (if you know, you know) fungus gnats fruit flies, those Itty bitty bugs at night that look like white dust and a few small beetles all with light traps. I don't know how long this sticky card will stay sticky, today is day 3 and I'm intending to replace it when it appears "full" or after 30 days. If you don't catch anything, move the unit to another outlet. Also, it has white (yellow white) light and blue light options, try both options before you give up on this.
    Edit its been 3 weeks and is nearly August 2024. I still recommend these. Switched out the sticky card thinking I just wasn't catching any more, but I think I may have nearly eradicated my problem. Still tacky after 3 weeks, got stuck to my chopstick when I poked it! So they do maintain stickiness even if bugs aren't actively being caught (hopefully because your house now has none!)

    We live in Massachusetts and because we are near to a lake we use to have hundreds of flies, fruit flies and mosquitoes during summer weather. So I was trying to find a solution that was safe for our puppies and the family, something that was easy to use and with good results so I found this cards. No smell, no noise, no a bright lights and easy to use!!! (I’m really bad with technology lol) and voilà next morning I found 2 flies stuck there. I definitely recommend it if you have a kind a situational event during summer like ours!!
