I have been using kinesiology tape for quite some time. This was the first time I purchased this brand. I was not sure when I opened the package as the tape seemed very thin to me. However, the tape works very well and has a good adhesive. I was able to wear the tape on my foot for 4 days before it started to peel back. It did very well through showers, in and out of shoes, and sleeping at night. I will purchase this brand again.
