I am updating my original1 star review to 5 Stars. After the frustration of not being to able to get any real help, I sent an E-mail to Litokam and was surprised to get a response within a few hours. I was sent more instructions to try OR they would send me an upgrader 5 GHz Camera at no charge. I tried the instructions to no avail and sent in a reply for the upgrade. I received the camera a few days later and boom! It set up immediately and works great. Picture quality is outstanding, sound is good and tracking is reasonable. I am very happy with the camera and feel much better about their customer service. With all the new technology with Live Chat, Download Videos and such, an old fashion E-Mail got the job dome.

Received the camera on time and in good condition. Went to set up the camera, downloaded the app, no problem. Watched the setup videos from Litokam plus a couple on You Tube. For three days I tried to get Wi-Fi to connect. "Connection failed". Tried calling Litokam but got message phone system not working go on line. Went on line... Live Chat... was to told to reboot my Wi-Fi so I did but the call dropped? Went back to Live chat and it would not answer. Did this for over a week. Finally sent an E-Mail to support and got an answer back within a couple of hours asking if I had a 5GHz router. I responded I had a Dual Band Router and never heard from them again. It's been two weeks trying to set up this camera. I understand this could be a defective unit and normally I would reorder a new one but since I can't get customer service I can't see waisting my time. Plenty of other brands out there.

I was reading reviews and decided on this camera to monitor our new litter box. I have 3 adult cats and wasn’t sure how they would take to the LitterRobot. I wanted to be able to see who was using it and also make sure the dog wasn’t getting involved! Set up was easy. I added a memory card instead of paying for the cloud service and it is working perfectly. I wasn’t sure how customer service was going to be after reading the mixed reviews but I was able to chat with someone in a matter of minutes and they walked me through how to capture video by using the correct motion setting for my situation. Very impressed with the quality of the videos even at night. For some reason I can’t add pics or video but you won’t be disappointed with the quality of the recordings. The price was great and even had a coupon! Highly recommend!!

Bought this for my living room. I already have two other of the same brand cameras in our young children's rooms to monitor them and what not so I already had the app and everything. Setting up took less than 2 minutes. It says it won't work on 5 GHz but I don't have an option for the 2.4 ghz for my internet and there was an option on the pop-up in the app that said to skip this and I skipped it and the camera seems to work on 5 ghz. Pretty clear picture, easy to install and mount. I wish the power cord was a few feet longer. I also am not a fan of how you rotate the camera. You swipe your finger up and down or side to side to move the camera. When you are mounting the camera to the wall bracket, make sure the screws are in really tight or the camera will flop down and not stay up. Then you're just looking at the wall. All in all decent camera for the price.

Easy set up, clear video, great zoom in feature, clear audio and speaker. Has a sound detection and baby cry detection. Has a subscription based cloud video storage feature but I found it cheaper to purchase a micro sd card to save video clips. I like the video playback feature, shows a still picture for each clip and then can choose which one to view, makes it easy so you don't have to play the entire day to find the section your looking for.

I have a Little Free Library and wanted a camera to keep an eye on it. It has been vandalized in the past. I keep it inside, pointed through the window. This camera has a good clear view. It does well with detecting motion. I have it set to pan when it detects a person. I have a memory card in it to save recordings. You can easily access the recordings from the app and save to your phone. I don’t pay for a plan. It connected to my wifi quickly. No issues with connection at all. I recommend this camera. It’s a great price for home security.

I bought two of these 360 cameras (Model LF-P1t). This 360 camera works flawlessly. The app was easy to use and connecting the two cameras I bought was far quicker than with another unit I bought, a 2 camera unit made by a company called Hawkray. These Litokam cameras can be directed to scan an area with zero lag. The video quality is great, the motor motion is smooth, and the cameras were very inexpensive. I'd recommend this Litokam unit for your 360 camera needs. I tested that motion detection works - but did not yet test any of the smart motion detection features.
