Fast data and excellent customer service. I bought the 240gb 360day data plan for my no wi-fi cameras and I also have 13 of their other plans for my other cameras; it's reliable, connection is good and fast They also have a variety of other data plan that caters to their customers needs. I've spoken to several customer service representatives and they are all very friendly, helpful, quick to answer questions and solved any issues I had.

Easy to setup an account. Integrated into my iPad easily. Much better than going to an ATT store and listening to them try to upsell you on whole new devices and plans. This was the perfect solution.

These are great sim cards for 4g surveillance cameras, trail cams, etc. Best value for your money on the market. These work with ATT and TMobile networks, whichever has the stronger signal. Also when the data term runs out, or the data runs out, whichever comes first, these can be recharged online without even removing it from the camera. And at recharge time, more data and time options are available, also even better pricing!

Good signals, OCONUS APN and IP

The SIM works fine, and I get good speed and excellent signal in my home. Unfortunately, the APN for this SIM is in the PRC (HK), and the IP that I was assigned was from Japan. I would have assumed (obviously wrongly) that I would have been assigned a US IP and APN.

Setup was pretty much non existent. Just insert the sim in your device. In my case a Blackvue dash cam. That's it, it just worked after that. No problems with the network, and the speed are good enough to stream videos and live views from my cam.

I use this SIM Card in my Reolink Go Ranger PT. I was having difficulty with connectivity. I contacted the 24-7 customer service line and within minutes, Catherine configured my card to AT&T and had me up and running.

#1. Beware of reviews that are not “VERIFIED PURCHASE.”

I purchased this SIM here on Amazon and I bought this for my cellular Reolink security camera. It worked fine for about 36 days and then it didn’t.

Uninstalled the SIM, rebooted my Reolink reinserted the EIOT 360 SIM and still no service.

Frustrated, I I purchased a SIM at a local cell phone store and my Reolink was working again. Pulled the new SIM out, reinstalled to EIOT and still no luck.

Bottom line, more than $100 spent on the EIOT for 36 DAYS OF SERVICE so be WARNED what might happen and be warned of 5 star reviews that are not VERIFIED PURCHASE.
