I went into this knowing that I would love it because Marni is a Queen and I LOVE everything she writes. I will say that I went into this one a little blind in that I didn't read the blurb beforehand because I didn't want spoilers and I was so glad that I did.

Brady Spade is the ultimate rich protector and reformed playboy who would do anything for Lily who is running from past trauma. The way that Brady falls for Lily and is willing to go to any length necessary to protect her was incredible. Lily has a traumatic past, and while she fears that may scare Brady away it only makes him fall more in love with her. Their chemistry and connection was so steamy and sweet that I couldn't put this down. I wanted to just give Lily a huge hug, because she deserves the world-and Brady is determined to give it to her.

As a huge Marni fan, I love it when she drops my favorite characters from other books into her new releases. The Dalton Family and The Agency make some appearances and I love that. While this book can absolutely be read without reading any of Marni's other books, seeing the other Spade brothers and the rest of Marni's characters pop in made me so happy. I loved them in their books and I am always happy when I get to read about them again.

Marni really hit this one out of the park. I was so sure that I knew what was going to happen by the 50% mark (which is fine, I love a predictable love story), that my jaw dropped when it didn't go the way I had expected. I loved that things went a slightly different way than I had anticipated because it just made me even more captivated.

I was not prepared for the chokehold that Brady and Lily would have on me. I cannot wait to see where Marni takes the Cole Brothers in the next two books of this series, because after Macon, Cooper, and Brady-I don't know how she can top herself.

I listened to the audio book version and it was great. I love how the audio books can bring the characters to life, the narrators were great. I loved the storyline as well. Lily and Brady....Lily - omg what a strong and fierce FMC - she was such a fighter with what she was going through. Brady...fell hard and I was here for it. I love when the MMC (especially a playboy one) falls so hard for the FMC. There is so much in this book, humor, lots of spice (made me blush, but again here for it), some tears, suspense and of course an HEA. I definitely recommend this audio book if you can - just brings another level!

Brady laid eyes on the beautiful blonde and knew she was the one. Well, the one he wanted at least. But when she ghosted him after the most intense encounter of his life, he figured he'd never see her again. Then luck smiles on him and there she is - an attendant on one of his flights. Now to get an explanation from her why the ghosting, and to get her back into his life. Little did he know that his bachelor ways were effectively done now that had Lily put her spell on him.

Brady doesn't know why Lily ghosted him. There's something in her life, something horrible, that keeps her in fear, and she can't tell him. But she underestimated Brady in every way because he's not, or not any longer, just a player who lives a life of luxury and decadence. He's uber alpha, protective to the extreme, and now that he's found Lily, he'll scorch the earth to protect her and love her.

Move over all other alphas of the author's, cuz Brady is here and he is the new king alpha!! Seriously protective, scour the world for the person after her, she is mine, alpha. I love how Lily, just by way of not tripping all over herself to be with him, brought him out of his commitment-phobe ways and revealed a whole new side of him. Their chemistry is five alarm smokin' hot, and I was on the edge of my seat wondering just how Brady was going to get Lily and himself out of the horrible mess she'd unfortunately found herself in. The Sinner and Brady and Lily are definitely my favorite couple and my favorite story in this series. There's some suspense and action that weave with the intense emotional and physical relationship in a perfect, organic way. I'm in love with this couple and now even more excited for the final two stories in the series, The Heartbreaker and The One.

The Sinner is the third book of the Spade Hotels series of interconnected standalones. Another great read by Marni Mann! I couldn’t wait for Brady’s story and boy was it worth the wait! Brady is happy having a new woman every night. That is until he meets Lily and shares a night with her. He can’t stop thinking about her. And when he sees her again six months later he vows to not let her go. But Lily’s ex refuses to let her go also. I love how protective Brady is of Lily and he will do anything to protect her and keep her safe. These two had chemistry from the beginning and are open with each other. I am loving this series and can’t wait for more of it!

I listened to the audiobook of this and Tor Thom and Ava Erickson both did an amazing job of bringing these characters to life. I could feel their emotions and they made this story even more enjoyable.

Story started out ok but felt like was too long, filler sex scenes and he went from player to pussycat fast. I don’t know just meh, maybe the theme and her fear , being controlled by 2 men just left me feeling some kind of way. The whole security not security felt ridiculous honestly . Will read another hopefully more like prior where there’s a relationship build .
