I love this freezer! It does an amazing job keeping things frozen! It holds a lot! It holds a bunch of frozen diners, ice cream, and much more! Highly recommend this freezer!

It looks great but it came with a few scratches around the door opening like something was inserted to pry it open. The protective plastic wrap was also peeling in places including the area with the scratches. The freezer took overnight to freeze a glass of water then I loaded her up. It has been a month and now it is producing an excess amount of frost and burning the contents. I'm not sure why it is doing this, it seems to seal all the way around. Oh well, it will do until we get a new unit to replace our main fridge/freezer that broke down.

Bought this (April 2021) because I thought 'Frigidaire' would be solid due to a credible name. Worked beautifully for 13 months, froze well, a little excess ice build-up - then just last night, died. I only gave low stars for weight and maneuverability because I am disabled and use this for my medical ice packs, so it is hard for ME to move. Getting a top name & value means nothing if it breaks after 1 year.

Arrived with no damage. Was set to coldest level upon arrival; be sure to experiment with setting. I have it set to about 2.5 and it freezes to -10F. Takes about six weeks for frost to build up to the point where I have to defrost it.

Defrosting requires you physically scrape the frost, snow, and ice with a scraper. Scraper is provided. I got the small model so it's easy to bring it over to the bathtub when I do it. I imagine it would be a very unpleasant process on the big one!

So far so good, cooled fast, runs quiet. Hopefully will last longer than the last mini freezer I bought but arrived with both back corners dented in. I needed to use immediately so decided not to replace. Front looks good though...
