The app provides no assistance in keeping a cadence as the information provided would lead you to believe. Considering it is a Kindle app and you have to carry the device for it to tell you your running "efficiency", it's completely unusable - who runs (or walks) while holding their Amazon Fire device? Even if you did, it doesn't provide a metronome for you to run against. Completely worthless and a huge waste, even if it is only $.99!

I was excited about the metronome feature. It disappointed me in it clicked wierd... I expected it to tell me how I should move.

I expected to be able to see my walks and such. this does not do that. its just guidelines and does nothing to motivate. what a waste of. 99 cents
