I followed the instructions exactly, and it worked fine. I registered it and picked an activation date (the next day) before I left the USA. I immediately got a confirmation email, then a few hours later I was emailed an activation notice with my UK phone number. I waited and installed the SIM at Heathrow. We've gotten data, texts and made phone calls. No problems. We're headed to Italy and Slovenia next. If I have trouble, I'll come back and edit this review, but so far, no complaints. Good value.
Edit: The sim continued to work well in Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia. There were occasional dead spots or weak signals, but realistically no different that you might get in the USA.

I've been buying these SIM cards in past many times for travel to Europe. Very convenient, install it in US, test data connection and internet work great, you come to Europe, and you have internet access for the month. I used you guys in UK, France, and Spain and no problem until this time.

This trip to Portugal was a disaster. I purchased 3 SIM cards. Activated in US as usual and it worked great. I arrived at Portugal and after about 5 minutes my data connection stop working on all 3 SIM cards.

I contacted support via chat and support claimed that my "PrePaid Europe (UK Three) 10GB Europe SIM Card with 30 Days Validity (10Gb)" has only 20MB intro data plan and if I want to top up my SIM they will gladly assist me. I sent them a link to Amazon product page that proves that my SIM must include 10GB of data, but they decline to fix it. Otherwise, you got sued for bait and switched.

I have to end up buying expensive SIM card in airport.

Guys, as much as I loved using UK Three SIMs in Europe, you must fix this issue. I'll try UK Three next time, but I'll check the plan status in US before leaving to Europe.

I was traveling to Spain, Portugal, UK and Ireland for 23 days, mostly it was working pretty good, just once in Portugal, it stopped working, I got messages from Three, it said my data ran out…need to renew the plan…but I checked my account, my plan still had 80% remaining. When I arrived at London airport the next day, it worked again, in Dublin, it was still working very well.

I was very pleased with this SIM card and the support I received during my trip from the UK service provider Three. The only issue I had was the frequent confusing ads I was receiving from Three. Each time I received an ad, I thought I was running out of data or needed to add more money to my plan.

I suggest any future data pack user ignore all the irrelevant messages from Three. Just know that you won't run out of data or your phone/text message needs as long as you make phone calls only in Europe. I barely used a fraction of my data or my allocated phone/text message limits. I also recommend buying the smallest and cheapest option if you just want to have access to Google Maps, Translator, and your communication apps and make occasional phone calls within Europe.

Overall, I was very happy with the two SIM cards I bought for my long stay in Europe. I would buy these again if I travelled to Europe again. The tech support was very courteous and friendly, however, I think they need to inform the data-pack users to ignore the messages from Three altogether and rest assured that their data and phone message limits won't run out during their 30 day service and that they don't need to top up anything or get confused by Three's messages about running out of funds or need to top-up their account unless they intend to phone or text other continents. Those messages from Three are truly irrelevant and confusing and shouldn't be sent to the Data-pack users from overseas.

Activated it in the UK, NOT Pre-loaded

Bought on Amazon. This is a legitimate UK Three SIM card, but it was not pre-loaded as advertised. Upon activation and downloading their app, it became clear that no pre-loaded balance was available, which their customer service confirmed. Fortunately, they resolved the issue by providing a complimentary month with 20GB of data. While it’s great that they went above and beyond to fix the problem, selling a non-pre-loaded card in the first place is disappointing.

The package worked great in Italy and I strongly recommend. However, I had a headache using it as the SIM card was not properly loaded with the prepaid 12GB plan as I expected. When I plugged the SIM data started working immediately so I assumed I didn't need to check anything else, so when I arrived at my "airbnb" and needed internet to unlock doors, it stopped working. Fortunately we had bought 2 SIMs and my wife's was still working with the few MBs provided by Three. Once inside I had to spend a meaningful amount of time trying to call TSIM support through Google Voice / Wi-Fi Calling feature from my US carrier until I got someone on the line to apply the plan. Both of our SIMs came with the same issue where the plan was not loaded. Although after getting to the support the solution was pretty fast, a less tech savvy person would have probably given up and go to a local carrier store to buy a separate SIM.

Note there were instructions to let TSIM know when we would be in Europe so activation could be scheduled properly, and all these steps were done, where I received email confirmation the day before the trip.

I would strongly recommend TSIM to change some processes to make sure these plans are 100% active by the time SIMs start to be used.

Other than that, it worked very well across Milan, Venice, all around Sicily and Rome.
