Ingredients
• 3 cups of Hoboken Farms Vodka Sauce
• 7.5 oz. Low far Ricotta Cheese
• 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella
• 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
• 10 oz. Fresh spinach
• 1 tsp. Of olive oil
• 1/2 tsp of black pepper
D.I.Y. Veggie Lasagna Rolls with Vodka Sauce
Easy and cheesy lasagna rolls!
- Heat olive oil at medium heat
- Add garlic and spinach & sauce until wilted
- Combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and black pepper
- Once spinach is cooled, add to the cheese mix and stir
- Spread 1/4 of the mixture on each noodle and roll carefully
- Place the rolls in the dish and pour 2 cups of sauce on top
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees
