Great ink. Cannot go wrong with HP. I have always used this ink. I gave this printer away to dog rescue, so I gave a box of new inks with it. I'm sure it will be perfect. HP is wonderful.

I recently bought a cheaper imitation of HP962. However, it did not work...at all. Recognized as a "clone" and would not operate with the cheap....Chinese model. It looks very much like the HP brand (I couldn't tell any difference based solely on external appearance but my HP 9010 printer could). Cost is high but my advice...stick with HP only.

I've now had my printer for about 4 years and have gone through a fair amount of ink. Having been taken ill, I can't get out like I used to do. I found this so convenient to be able to order this online. I will not again buy refilled cartridges. I find that they are messy, leak, and don't print as well, so I'm getting the HP originals.

Best Quality Lasts Longer and Prints Well

Use cheap ink - you get what you pay for. I've found over the years it's best to go with the higher quality ink - it's better for your printer and for what you're printing. I've never over the past 50+ years had an HP Ink Cartridge fail, leak or disappoint. The colors are always perfect and the black, well it's black.
I would recommend HP, not only for their printers, but for the ink they sell. The generic ones aren't the same quality and don't last as long.
As for HP, well over the years it's been multiple printers, computers, calculators - all outstanding quality and I haven't had one fail yet - just lost some in a flood a few years back.
HP gives you value for your money - for me buying cheap isn't the answer for something I intend to use for years. As they say "you get what you pay for"!!!

This fits the HP 9010 and does a wonderful job, is about "average" on how long it lasts. The "kick in the teeth is for another $25-$30 I could have bought a brand new printer complete with the ink! That's insane. There was a woman at Walmart the last time I bought these that was buying a new printer - saying she simply throws her old one away each time... such a waste.
