My son was excited to get these. The grip and durability are great. The only downfall is a little plastic pieces on the ends broke, but that’s probably to be expected. My son is pretty harsh on his stuff.

These extensions for the Oculus 2 grips are made solidly. They feel great in the hand, and are made with a soft, comfortable padding on the grip. Initially it takes a screwdriver to attach them, but then they can be easily screwed on and off when not in use. My hand straps I had on my grips are a very tight fit over the new connection, but I was able to get them on and still use them without needing a screwdriver to switch back to using just the grips with hand straps. They are very easy to convert to a single stick for use with certain games like a kayak paddle. They just screw together with a large plastic connector included with your extensions. It also includes a convenient drawstring bag to store your sticks and connector in. Great fun addition to the Oculus! I did receive these for free to try out but with no requirement for a review.

There's a lot to like about these extension grips from Hiblocks for the Meta Quest 2, but it comes as at a cost.

I'll start off by saying that the quality of the extension grips is excellent. The materials are solid and look good. The extension grips themselves are lightly padded which makes them comfortable to hold. And speaking of holding, the one thing these do well is allow you to hold the controllers like actual swords.

This leads me to the unlearn what you have learned. Because they are being held like swords, I found that I had to relearn how to slice at the blocks. I've always played Beat Saber using wrist flicks rather than full arm swings. These grips pretty much require me to swing with my arms. A positive is that it's easier to hit those blocks that normally required me to really stretch my arms, especially when crossing my arms across my chest. Another thing I noticed right away was the weight of the extension grips. They're not exceptionally heavy, but compared to the weight that I've grown accustomed to, I found that my wrists and forearms got tired on some of the longer songs.

I'd say the biggest downside for me is the way the grips are installed. It requires replacing the battery cover with a custom cover that allows the grips to be screwed into the bottom of the controller. This is a necessary safety feature to ensure that the controllers don't come flying off with all the swinging. The wrist straps also needed to be removed, however, there are replacement straps that attack to the end of the grips. Unfortunately, this makes it awkward to reach the thumbstick and buttons while wearing the straps. Lastly, the replacement battery cover needs to be screwed into place. This is because a custom piece holds the battery more securely.

After using the extension grips, I quickly got used to the differences, and my scores did improve. Time will tell how much I use these, as I already have custom battery covers on my controllers to work with the charging stand I use. I'm unsure if I will want to take time to swap out the battery compartment covers every time I want to use the grips.

My kids didn't wait for us to put the sticks on their controllers! Due to the controllers not being held in place, they broke the rings! Not the fault of the sticks, the sticks worked great, kids said! While they could use them lol. We now are waiting for replacement controllers so they can continue their game play.

These were heavier then expected. I purchased them for my transposing who plays gorilla tag and he liked them at first but the more he played with them he started noticing how heavy they started to feel. So ended up stop using them. He did like that it extended his arms in the game but wasn’t worth it after noticing how heavy they were. He also said it made getting to the controller harder. But the quality and shipping was great.

I thought I found the perfect product for my husband's VR game. He loves to play cricket and wanted an extension that makes it feel like you're holding a cricket bat. I liked that it seemed to have a nice hold on the controller compared to others. My husband takes really good care of his things we don't have any children and put our game accessories away carefully. Today,in the middle of his game the piece that holds the controller cracked, and no longer holds the Oculus controller properly. I'm so sad because we've only had the product a bit over a month.

Arrived undamaged with all parts and pieces.
The Hibloks Grip Extensions are AMAZING. I was able to try them out in Beat Saber and Walkabout Mini Golf VR.
In Beat Saber the Grips increased my immersion 10 fold! I actually got so into the game that I didn't realize I was creeping closer to a desk and smashed one of my controllers off of it ????.
That being said, it only broke the battery attachment to the grip. I felt like Beat Saber would have been to much for it to stay together anymore at that point. However it was still functional for Minigolf! I headed over to Walkabout Minigolf and Started playing a round on my new favorite course.
Once again I felt game play immersion was increased. It felt way easier to line up and pace my shots!
The only draw back to minigolf is having to have the game on the setting where the club is always active. As opposed to grip to putt with the regular controller.
The Gripe Extensions also come with an RGB puck in the bottom. It is a nice looking addition although a bit to dull to see the colors well. I would like to see a brighter version in the future. I did drop a grip and the cap that holds the puck came off. I found it and it clicked back on. However while playing I noticed it was gone again. So I may have broken it to bad to keep the RGB puck in place anymore.
I do believe they have a warranty on their products and I should be able to get replacements sent out for what I messed up today.
