Thing is a piece of ???? I got this for my apt since I have a new baby who flies through clothes like no tomorrow so in hopes of saving money and a trip to the laundry mat since we don't have a washer and dryer I got this and it is not worth it. Not only does it scream in agony but when you put the basket in to spin dry it pops right out! It'll wash your babys clothes one piece at a time more then one and it can't handle it.

The good news is... it arrived quickly. That's about it for the good news! Everything else about it is a disappointment. Besides the fact that the motor sounds like it's 'crying' while washing ONE tee-shirt... it twisted and bunched it into a ball, so that it couldn't agitate loosely to thoroughly get clean. It was just ONE lightweight tee-shirt... and it couldn't agitate loosely for the water to flow evenly through the fabric. Another issue is that it's not the advertised 11 liters. That's not what you get. You'll only get one gallon, instead of the approximate three gallons you expect from 11 liters. I can't see how this could possibly be advertised as 11 liters? There's a big difference between what it's
advertised and what you get. My main concern is that it doesn't appear to be safe to use. The metal plug that goes into the unit, doesn't fit in all the way. Part of the metal sticks out. We're dealing with the risk of water and electricity working together at risk. It only takes some water to accidentally leak onto the exposed metal part of the washer's plug to cause a risk. This is going back!

I am truly disappointed ????. The smaller washer I ordered is still going strong but this one gave out already. The agitator started slowing down and eventually stopped. I need two for my Guinea pigs small stuff and my lingerie. Not happy
