i bought my phone from Prime Mobility and after inspection it look great no crack or issues on the screen but when you try to update the software it said firmware not supported and after looking a little bit in setting it is not factory unlocked but carrier unlocked, it was a Verizon phone that had been unlocked and it could not get the recent updates from Samsung so paying 400.00 for a phone that was not able to update was in my book not a good choice, this phone was bought for my son as i have the s22u in white with 512gb storage that i bought from Samsung when it first came out so i have all the recent updates and the phone is a great phone but not from the seller as these are only carrier unlocked phones not factory unlocked as there is a difference.

Great phone, came brand new with a 45w super charger, very fast compared to my a14 5g i had before, plenty storage, and pictures are amazing . Only thing i dislike is the battery life is mediocre at best but thats not a problem for me as i charge my phone often anyways.
Overall great for the price and will be using this phone for years to come.

(Edit) Three months in and still amazed by the quality of this phone for the price and likely will be buying the watch 7 to go with.

 After 2 hours with cricket. Trying to figure out why the phone wasn't working we came to this conclusion. The phones not unlocked. As I was factory resetting it to return it. Sure enough. Verizon logo pops up. Shipping however was legendary. Arrived much earlier than expected. Phone itself looks fantastic. But still. Not unlocked. And after getting plan through cricket thinking it was. I know need to wait before I can cancel more pending charges. It was a very large inconvenience and just disappointing. I have seen phones that do start up with a provider as the start screen and still are unlocked. Unfortunately this was not the case. Very tight on time. Was offered to have the seller contact me to see if they could remote unlock it. Waited one of the 2 days and decided it would just be best to return it. That being said. Packaging was great. Once again shipped at 2 day prime speed.

I recently purchased this phone, but unfortunately, it arrived in a disappointing state. The device was dirty and had an excessive amount of dust accumulated in every hole and port. It was clear that the phone hadn't been properly cleaned or inspected before shipping.

While the phone's performance and features are decent, the poor condition it was in detracts from my overall experience. I expect a certain level of quality control, especially when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness.

If you're considering purchasing this phone, I recommend double-checking the condition before making a purchase. With proper care and maintenance, this phone could be a good option, but be prepared for a thorough cleaning process if you receive it in a similar state. The phone supposed to be in an excellent condition and if that’s considered excellent is a shame.

Ordered this phone because company guarantees their phones are unlocked, they are not unlocked, I bought accessories and a new sim card and service from my carrier , paid overnight shipping for the sim card added this phone to my carrier account only to have no service because the phone can't be activated on another carriers service, message said to contact verizon and verison said we can not unlock thus phone, return it immediately and now I have to wait for a shady company to receive the returned phone to get a refund so I've ordered a real unlocked phone for cheaper through samsung and now waiting for that phone to come meanwhile due to purchasing from this company I'm out way more money then I paid for the phone and going without a phone for over a total of 2 weeks plus not getting my refund for probably 2 weeks as well... don't purchase any electronics from this company, by factory reset they mean all they did was wipe the previous owners info from phone but phone is not unlocked by any means
