I recently bought this puzzle for a birthday gift for a little boy with a dinosaur book. It’s the perfect puzzle for little hands because the pieces are so chunky. It’s also nice that the picture is below each piece to help toddlers match where the pieces go. We have also had this puzzle for 5+ years and it has held up through three kids . We love Melissa and Doug puzzles!

First off, I love that the puzzle pieces are made of wood. My son would regularly chew the pressed cardboard pieces in other sets. Another great feature is that the pieces are slightly raised higher than the board, so they are easy to grasp.

My son is 21 months and could spend hours playing with these sets! It's amazing to see him develop his spacial reasoning and master these puzzles. I've bought him every one to keep him busy and will happily buy future puzzles if they come out with any.

You can never go wrong with Melissa & Doug toys, if you have a dinosaur lover buy this puzzle is a staple in his toy rotation, he plays with it every day.

My dino-loving toddlers love this beautifully crafted puzzle! We play with it multiple times a day, and the dino puzzle pieces are also great for their little hands to carry around with them when they have that desire(mine do it all the time!). The quality is amazing, Melissa & Doug products are always a win in my book! 5 stars!

My two year old loves this chunky block puzzle. The pieces are easy for her to take out and put back. My only negative is that the rhino and hippo are too close in color so it's hard to use those two pieces to learn colors. Otherwise this puzzle keeps her entertained and is easy to find the big pieces.
