I started with the beginning piano and Keyboard Method and found it a good way for me to learn the piano. I'm about 160 lesson into the first one and really starting to play. I had the opportunity to purchase this software V2 and did it with out hesitation. If you see the reviews for v1 there were apparently some problems. Not with V2.
It installed perfectly on my 6 core, windows pro 7, 16 gig memory system. the videos fill my 24" 1920 x 1080 screen and you can see the finger movement as you need for scales and cords. While I have not started the lessons yet, I reviewed a few and am excited to get to them. Unlike the beginning software this software does assume that you are at the intermediate level if you want to get the full benefit from it.
I think if you liked the beginning Piano and Keyboard software you will also like this. In fact if you have bought either yet, I get the combined package and save a few bucks. Piano is not easy, but in my opinion this software is a great way to learn of supplement a teachers lessons. I expected it to take 6 months or so before I finish the first software but am looking forward to the more advanced materials in the intermediate stuff. It takes work and time but for me this is the perfect way to learn without a teacher.
