5.0 out of 5 stars Great Router!

A little disappointed, unit was listed as excellent but was not in any type of box!
Was only wrapped in 1 layer of bubble wrapped and in a black wrapper. Did not receive a ether net cable as listed in description. This is not excellent as listed.
Had to pay netgear to connect to internet due to not correct password as marked on unit. Buy new instead.

3.0 out of 5 stars Drop signal and stall internet

The internet kept dropping and lagging. Customer service is paid support. Router is big and ugly. Coverage was insane but for context it was single floor home 1999 square feet. Security was paid additional and tech support is paid. Overall the quality was well built and firmware was upto date. Keep in mind it an old router about to Be discontinued

4.0 out of 5 stars Good speeds ax 2.1 Gbps won't stay

Works fine with 1.2 ac speeds but will NOT stay with ax speeds. Each boot it will reset back to 1.2 ac. Which is fine but not why I purchased it. Still it is faster than my linksys wifi5 router. I'm 25 feet from router wireless and I get up to 600 Mbps average. Only get this router if you have speeds up to 500 Mbps wireless. Anything less just get a wifi5 router and you will be fine.

5.0 out of 5 stars An upgrade from the ISP router.

Definitely worth the investment. A huge leap from the router provided from the ISP that we had to pay for monthly and didn't not had as many options as this device.
It covers a big range of my house and allowes you to configure everything off your phone.

5.0 out of 5 stars So far so great!

We replaced our archaic internet-provided router with this one and it's been great. The setup was a little wonky, I tried doing it on my phone but it would get stuck, but all I had to do was set it up on my computer and it went smoothly. Our old router would drop signal all the time for no reason, but this one has been super reliable. I also like the design of the "wings" instead of the antennas, it makes the whole thing less of a target for my cats.
