I’m writing this review as I am sitting in the chair for the first time after finishing setting it up.

Very easy to set up.

It rolls well on carpet

The cushion support is plush and doesn’t at all feel like cheap cardboard with fabric

Lumbar support is actually really nice. I’m genuinely surprised at how nice it is. Normally I’m half sitting in chairs because they’re too deep and flat, but this one has some quality back support. Because it’s mesh it also feels light and springy (tbd if that stays).

The chair can get good height. I usually like my chairs high up and this one gets me there.

MY FAVORITE THING (caveat in the 2 minutes I’ve been sitting in it) is that the arm rests fold up and are situated far back enough on the chair that I can sit cross legged in it. It is near impossible for me to sit normally in my home office chair and this one enables it.

The chair is sturdy, well made, comfortable and easy to assembly when following the assembly steps in the pamphlet provided and the video provided in the Amazon web page. It rates a 5 star review.

Equally important to having a high quality product, it is just as important to have the product supplied by a company which has a high quality Customer Service department. Occasionally, a product, or a portion of the product is not correct or does not function as designed, and this is where it is important to have a company who supports their product and has a proactive Customer Service department. Case in point: The chair height kept decreasing over a period of time. I sent an email describing the problem, received an email response requesting additional information, responded to their email, received a confirmation email…all this on the SAME DAY within 6 hours. The following day, I received an email providing a FEDEX tracking number for the replacement part. The company and Customer Service also gets a 5 star rating. This is a company I have no hesitation to buy a product from.

Very easy to assemble. I like that is is easy to wheel around in it and the back support is perfect. I have a bad lower back and my high back office chair had a lumbar support but it was firm. This support has some give and works way better. I am glad I downgraded in cost but upgraded in support. Also the cushion is better than my office high back pleather one.

To be sure, this is not a high-end chair. However, assembling it was incredibly easy, and even with the limited number of position options, it is still a reasonably comfortable chair. The armrest are fixed. You can’t change spacing or elevation other than folding them back. The seat can be raised or lowered and can be unlocked so that you can rock back-and-forth. You also can change the tension on the chair so that you can easily rock back or make it tighter so that it’s harder to rock.

In my case, the chair works pretty well. I 5’9” and weigh too darn much. I’m not sure how long I can sit in this chair before it becomes uncomfortable. I just finally assembled it the other day and I am using it now. Based upon my current observations, it seems to be acceptably comfortable

If you’re gonna be spending hours and hours and hours at your desk, you may consider spending more money. Otherwise for short time periods, like maybe three or four hours, this chair is adequate and a decent value.

I went through 5 different chairs in 2 years. Here's them in order:
1. Herman Miller Aerons chair. Nice chair, a bit expensive but I got it refurb. The problem with this chair is that it has a lip on the seat that feels odd on the back of your legs. That really bothers you. I used it for 4 years and sold it.
2. Costco Mesh chair. You'd think it's a nice chair but one of the caster legs come off chopped for packaging. when that was added, the five legs in the base was uneven so it wobbled. Pass.
3. Basic dinner chair with fixed legs. liked the fixed legs but you couldn't adjust the height. used it for 6 months and my back started killing me cause it was too low, and I was trying to extend my neck out to compensate the shortness of the chair.
4. Amazon Basic Mesh Chair. It was not bad, but the cushion kinda felt too firm. The build quality was also questionable. Pass.
5. This guy. doesn't have any of the problem mentioned above.

I got it for my desk pc setup, It was for temporary use not thinking I would actually like it as much as I do I actually ended up buying another one for my son overall great product very comfortable medium/small sized chair.

TWO defective chairs in a row. They do not lock into place and hold the height. Both the original chair and the replacement had the same issue. It seems like a nice chair if it wasn't defective. The company wanted me to completely dissemble the chair and send it back, but I contacted Amazon and said that is so much work; there is leaking oil from the non working hydraulic piece. Amazon did make it right. I'd like to know who else had issues with this chair not holding the height. I weigh 135 lbs so it is not a weight issue. I watched assembly of the first chair. I did it myself the second chair in case the person did something wrong. Followed the directions perfectly. Still had the same issue where it will NOT stay up at the height I set it at.
