About this item

Larger Base Diameter and Heavier Weight: Enhanced with a sturdy metal base measuring 5.12" in diameter and weighing 1.85 pounds, the mic stand ensures stability and surface protection with four non-slip pads.
Adjustable Height: Effortlessly adjust the desktop mic stand's height from 10.6" to 15.4" with a secure screw-in knob, providing superior stability compared to snap-on knobs prone to loosening over time. This ensures the boom mic stand maintains its height without any sliding down.
Upgraded Load bearing Capacity: High quality metal material ensures an excellent load bearing capacity of up to 3.3 lbs, compared to others of 2.2lb max load capacity; InnoGear microphone stand allows seamless, quiet positioning, crucial for live recordings.
Strong Compatibility: With a 3/8" to 5/8" adapter, the desk mic stand is compatible with Blue Yeti, Blue Yeti Pro, Blue Snowball, HyperX QuadCast, SoloCast, Fifine, AT2020, Razer Seiren X, and other microphones. The package also comes with a mic clip with a max diameter of 1.26", compatible with dynamic microphones such as Shure SM58, Shure SM48, Samson Q2U, Shure PGA48, etc.
Portable & Convenient: Easily transportable and simple to set up, fitting into a laptop bag without occupying much space. Ideal for conferences, churches, and public venues.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very nice

Nice and heavy so that the mic doesn't move. The adjustable height is nice, but I usually keep it on the lowest setting. It's pretty tall as well so make sure it's not going to block anything. Overall, very good mic stand.

This stand is rock steady. Fit and finish are very good. While I wouldn’t use it on nationwide camera, it’s quite a value and plenty serviceable for public use.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good quality for the price - but with some compromises.
Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2021
I was willing to spend more, but this set of two microphone stands had the black finish, cast iron base and height range I was looking for.

The quality is good for $12.50 per stand. The 5" iron bases have some weight to them, and are nicely machined on top. The finish on all the parts is nice and the height adjustment knob seems secure.

I bought some 3/8 to 1/4 threaded adapters so I could use these stands to each hold a Raleno LED light. The stands are stable for this purpose as long as I don't tilt the lights more than a little bit. 6" wide bases would have been more versatile - I may affix these stands to a wider wood base in future. The stands would also be more stable if they had more than just 4 foam "feet". Just using 4 feet doesn't take advantage of the stability of a round base in all directions.

The main compromises are the width of the base (old school cast iron desktop stands have at least a 6" base and are heavier) and the use of plastic threaded parts, such as the plastic lock nut at the top of each stand, and the plastic threads and plastic thread adapter in the microphone clips. Also, the metal 3/8 to 5/8 thread adapters are aluminum, which is not durable for threaded applications like this.

Overall, these will work for what I need them to do. Good for home use, but they are light duty and not suitable for commercial use.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy and Well Made...Use in Client Studio

These mic stands are awesome for places you aren't able to install permanent boom arms. I use them in several client offices where we record audio. They set up quickly, never fall over and have good pretty good isolation of table noises. Good value for the money and built like a tank.

3.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy with a nice weight but main clamp cracked easily
Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2024
Overall it’s a decent stand with a nice weight to it. I originally used it for a mic and now I’m using it to hold up a Surface Go tablet. However, the clamp for adjusting the height cracked fairly easily without over tightening. Better quality materials for the clamp is definitely needed. It’s still somewhat usable but definitely not a product I would recommend for longevity.
