Wash and drain, while draining I rinse with my sink facet sprayer. Then I add clean water and fabric softener and "wash" again. Drain and hand ring out. Spinning basket is terrible. It holds next to nothing. Clothes fly out and the basket doesn't stay set in the unit. It ends up coming off and bouncing around. I'm keeping it for quick washing. I have a clothesline in my shower and add a space heater for faster drying. - JoePerfect for small load !This portable mini washing machine is a game-changer!
